Reliance Jio is the largest telecom company in the country. On the other hand, Facebook is a big platform of social media. These two big companies are going to do a big deal together.

Let me tell you that Facebook has announced a big investment in Reliance Jio. A commercial partnership has also been set up in Reliance Retail and Facebook’s messaging platform WhatsApp.

Under this deal, Facebook has bought 9.99% stake of Jio for Rs 43574 crore, which is a part of Facebook Reliance Jio deal. Now you must be thinking that what is going to benefit from the deal of these two companies, then tell that this deal can change the way of retail shopping in India.

Actually, preparations are being made to connect crores of grocery stores and customers of India through Reliance’s Geo Mart and Facebook’s WhatsApp. In this way, Reliance Retail is going to give a tough competition to Amazon and Flipkart.

Reliance Industries Limited said that this commercial partnership with Reliance Retail’s WhatsApp will increase the business on the Geo Mart platform as well as connect small businesses on Messenger.

Let us tell you that WhatsApp has already been very successful in connecting small businessmen in the country. The e-commerce venture Geo Mart was launched by Reliance on 31 December last year. This software has given a tough challenge to Amazon and Flipkart.

Online shoppers from Navi Mumbai Thane and Kalyan region are taking full advantage of the service of Geo Mart. Will start soon and in cities. It was named the ‘new store of the country’.

Jio Mart is offering more than 50,000 grocery products to its customers, free home delivery, no questions paid return policy and express delivery promise.

Let us tell you that Reliance has been working for a long time to create the world’s largest online to offline e-commerce platform. At present 15000 grocery stores have been digitized in the country.

Reliance will work to connect customers to the grocery stores near them through its high speed 4G network, so that customers will be able to get their goods sitting at home.
