Like the professional she is, Gaga got back up and effortlessly performed for the rest of the concert. She even reassured the fan who fell down with her, who began to cry after the incident, to not blame himself, according to a Lady Gaga fan account on Twitter. She asked him to join her for the next song, and also asked the audience to not bully him on Twitter for the fall, saying, “It takes two to tango.”
Later on, she brought Jack back onstage and reassured him: “Could you promise me something? Could you forgive yourself right now for what just happened?… It’s amazing. We love each other so much we fell off the damn stage. We fell into each other’s arms. We’re like Jack and Rose from Titanic. I suppose we should have some tea after that.”
