New Delhi: Veteran South African pacer Dale Steyn is set to join Royal Challengers Bangalore as a replacement for injured Australian Nathan Coulter-Nile, giving a much needed boost to the bowling department of the bottom-placed team in the IPL.

According to leading sports web portal ESPNcricinfo reported that Steyn will replace Coulter-Nile, who is recovering from a back injury.

Steyn went sold in the previous two IPL auctions and last played in the competition in 2016 when he represented Gujarat Lions.

He also also played for RCB between 2008 and 2010, taking 27 wickets.

Ingredients to make Pakodi. One cup boiled rice, one cup finely chopped vegetables (carrots, beans, capsicum, green onion) One teaspoon grated garlic One teaspoon finely chopped green chillies.

Two tablespoons green coriander finely chopped Three tablespoons corn flourdough tablespoon white sesame seeds 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder according to taste.

Method of preparation of fritters:

Put the pan on the gas, add oil pulse and fry garlic and onion in it, after that add all the chopped vegetables and cook them for a while, after that add salt and pepper to these vegetables and keep them for 2 to 3 minutes Let it cook.

Turn off the gas and keep the vegetables aside to cool, add rice, corn flour and green coriander to this cooked vegetable and mash it well.

After that, take this mixture in your hands and make balls. Fry these balls in oil till they become golden. Fritters are ready to be fried on medium heat till hot. Serve with hot chutney.
