Instagram now lets you share Stories to Facebook directly

After testing in Portugal last month, the option to syndicate Instagram Stories to Facebook Stories has now also appeared for US users. Facebook has also confirmed that the feature is being officially rolled out for everyone around the world.

One of the most popular features of Instagram is its Stories, which has become the ‘go-to’ place for normal people and celebrities alike to upload their life in brief.

This is why Instagram now records 250 million Stories, making it the leading platform in terms of uploading Stories. To rope in more numbers for their Stories, Instagram will now offer its members to post Stories directly to Facebook.

According to report from TechCrunch, Instagram members will able to share their Instagram Stories to Facebook Stories, i.e. you can cross-post Stories on both Facebook and Instagram. “You now have the option to share your Instagram Stories to your Facebook Stories. We’re always working to make it easier to share any moment with the people who matter to you” as told by a Facebook spokesperson.

 
 

However, the reverse process isn’t possible. One still cannot post Facebook Stories on Instagram Stories, unless Facebook brings in that feature too. However, this feature should come as a relief for those who are equally active on both platforms and prefer sharing content without hassles
