Avail a discount worth Rs 3,500 on purchasing Honda Activa 6G: Read details
Honda has rolled out a new cashback offer for its best-selling product, the Activa 6G, in India. Buyers can now avail a five per cent cashback of up to Rs 3,500 if they opt to purchase the scooter through an EMI transaction with an SBI credit card. Also, the minimum transaction needs to be Rs 40,000. The offer was rolled out on 1 May and it is valid until 30 June 2021.
Interestingly, this comes in after Honda had hiked the prices of the Activa 6G last month, along with all other models in its portfolio. All four variants of the scooter had received a price increment of Rs 1,231. It is available in two standard variants that cost Rs 67,843 (STD) and Rs 69,589 (DLX) while the special edition trims are priced at Rs 69,343 (STD) and Rs 71,089 (DLX) (all prices are ex-showroom, Delhi).
The Honda Activa 6G is highly popular amongst Indian buyers for its reliability and ruggedness. Hiding under its body panels is an extremely refined 109.51cc, air-cooled engine that produces 7.68bhp and 8.79Nm. In its BS6 avatar, Honda has improved it on the hardware front by incorporating telescopic forks and a 12-inch front wheel. It gets a fuel tank of 5.3 litres and weighs 107kg (kerb).
In the 110cc scooter segment, the Activa 6G goes up against the TVS Jupiter, Hero Maestro Edge 110 and the Hero Pleasure Plus.
