Assotech Realty brings CBRE on board for Assotech Business Cresterra

New Delhi: Assotech Realty Private limited, a progressive real estate company, today announced that it has appointed CBRE, a global leader in real estate services to manage its flagship Assotech Business Cresterra (ABC) project in the National Capital Region.

CBRE India is the first facilities service provider in India accredited for Integrated Management Systems (IMS).

ABC, the leading real estate developer’s flagship project, is one of the prime commercial developments in the country designed to fulfil the business aspirations of the top IT and ITES companies. This future-ready, completely integrated InfoTech hub is spread over approx. 2.0 million square feet of business space with approximately 72,000 square feet of area dedicated towards High Street retail ventures. Seven independent towers will also come up on approx. 14 acres of land with scalable growth options and along with provision for approx. 200 serviced apartments.

Construction of Phase I, which will include three business towers, one tower dedicated to serviced residences and High Street retail, is almost complete and will be ready for occupation soon. Phase II of the projects is currently under construction. All towers in the ABC project will integrate Live Work Play functionality and the serviced residences will be managed by the prestigious Lemon Tree Hotels Group LTHG (through Carnation Hotels)
