IP-COM expands footprint in Indian market

New Delhi: China-based IP-COM, global leaders in manufacturing and supply of commercial networking products and solutions, on Thursday announced its expansion into the burgeoning Indian market.

The company recently appointed Redington — among the top supply chain solution providers worldwide — as an exclusive distributor for its entire product portfolio and is looking for an aggressive growth plan, a top IP-COM official said.

“India is our focused and key markets and we are committed to ensuring high quality product, healthy and channel friendly strategy,” IP-COM CEO Boat Quan said in a release here.

IP-COM offers complete end-to-end WLAN networking solutions and equipment for small and medium businesses and commercial establishments. Its products are best suited to provide solutions to industries such as hospitality, real estate, hot spot zones, corporations, educational institutions, hospitals and airports.

Quan has visited India twice in the last eight months and has held several meetings with Indian IP-COM customers and partners to take stock of the strategy and policies that IP-COM India is pursuing to support its partners and benefit customers.

IP-COM has already marked its presence in all the major tier-1 and tier-2 cities by appointing Value Added Distributors across the region. It is also in sync with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Digital India’, ‘Make in India’, and ‘Smart City’ vision.
