1,511 crores was deposited for construction of Ram temple in just 27 days

The concept of ‘Jan-Jan ke Rama’ is being confirmed in the ongoing fund dedication campaign from Makar Sankranti for the construction of the Ram temple. The enthusiasm shown in the dedication campaign in the whole country can be gauged from the fact that within 27 days an amount of Rs 1,511 crore has been deposited for the construction of the Ram temple from all over the country. Swami Govind Dev Giri, treasurer of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirthakshetra has given this information.

He said that as per the data available till Thursday evening, Rs 1,511 crore has been collected for the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. With the construction of the Ram temple in Ayodhya, every class in the country is giving its support in the dedication fund. 

Young children are also offering dedication fund Ramlala through Gullak, while the laborers, beggars, thela-khomcha, rickshaw drivers are also cooperating for Ram Mandir according to their capacity. People from every caste, religion, creed from east to west, north to south are giving donations for the Ram temple. One lakh fifty thousand groups are collecting in the country. 35 thousand workers are depositing surrender money in the bank. More than 13 crores coupons of 10 rupees 100 rupees and 1000 were printed by Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, but in the information coming from many states, these coupons have started expiring.

Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is engaged in getting coupons printed afresh. Not only this, coupons of surrender funds have been printed in Mumbai and Hyderabad in South India. Surrender funds are being received from states like Meghalaya, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland. Every class in every state of the country is eager to cooperate in the temple of Ramlala. The dedication fund campaign will end after February 27 and no worker will go to anyone’s house with a coupon for the construction of the Ram temple. Those who have to cooperate can cooperate for Ram Mandir in the account of State Bank of India, Bank of Baroda, and Punjab National Bank issued by the Trust Office or Ramjanmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust.

What monkey fled with a bag containing evidence in it: Read full story

The court, generally, considers a person who commit a crime and the one who destroys the evidence, as criminals in the eyes of law. But what if an animal destroys the evidence of a crime committed by a human.

In a peculiar incident in Rajasthan, a monkey fled away with the evidence collected by the police in a murder case. The stolen evidence included the murder weapon (a blood-stained knife).

The incident came to light when the police appeared before the court and they had to provide the evidence in the hearing.

The hearing was about the crime which took place in September 2016, in which a person named Shashikant Sharma died at a primary health center under Chandwaji police station. After the body was found, the deceased’s relatives blocked the Jaipur-Delhi highway, demanding an inquiry into the matter.

Following the investigation, the police had arrested Rahul Kandera and Mohanlal Kandera, residents of Chandwaji in relation to the murder. But, when the time came to produce the evidence related to the case, it was found that the police had no evidence with them because a monkey had stolen it from them.

In the court, the police said that the knife, which was the primary evidence, was also taken by the monkey. The cops informed that the evidence of the case was kept in a bag, which was being taken to the court.

The evidence bag contained the knife and 15 other important evidences. However, due to the lack of space in the malkhana, a bag full of evidence was kept under a tree, which led to the incident.
