In the Corona era, the Union Home Ministry has given permission to marry with conditions, but in Maharashtra it was a disaster for a girl to marry. After marriage it is revealed that the boy she is married to is Corona positive. After this, the entire family including the girl is isolated.

The corona infection was confirmed in the groom three days after the wedding in Palghar district of Maharashtra. Johar Tehsildar Santosh Shinde said that the 22-year-old man who got infected was a lab assistant.

He told that he was examined before marriage, but the investigation report came after marriage. 63 people who were attending wedding ceremonies with the bride were sent to segregation. Let us tell that a total of 1,911 cases of Covid-19 have been reported in Palghar so far, of which 61 people have lost their lives.

Let us tell you that in the Central Government guidelines, 50 guests have been allowed in the wedding ceremony. Also, it has been asked to follow all the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health.

Covid toll in Karnataka is a worrying sign for state government

Even though Karnataka recorded the lowest number of Covid deaths in April since the virus struck first in 2020, the state is recording a rise in the positivity rate (1.50 per cent). Five people died from the Covid infections in April as per the statistics released by the state health department. In March, the positivity rate stood around 0.53 per cent. In the first week of April it came down to 0.38 per cent, second week registered 0.56 per cent, third week it rose to 0.79 per cent and by end of April the Covid positivity rate touched 1.19 per cent.
