Normally people, who are book lovers and like to read books on daily basis are considered as book worms, introvert and unsocial. Generally normal people who do not read book and think that all the book lovers are different from normal human beings they mostly love their own company, don’t like to talk much and many other things like that.

But here is good news for all the book lovers, a study conducted by Sessex University has proven that book lover are better than other human beings and it’s scientifically proven. Book lover have mostly listen about themselves from others that they are unsocial because they love to spend time with books more than with friends and relatives.

Here are some reasons which explain that why book lovers are better than other human beings who not read books:

Better Listener:

Reading regularly helps in increasing our attention and improves the ability to focus. That is why book readers are better listener, book lovers use to listen very carefully to the person who is talking to them after listening they use to speak.

Sharp brain:

Reading regularly helps to enhance knowledge and provides new information also. Regular readers have sharp brain. The study revealed that a reader’s brain can literally experience the sound, scenery, smell and taste which are described in the pages of a book. According to Oxford professor John Stein said that regular reading makes our brains function better.

Calm nature:

Readings helps in soothing nervous, which helps in relaxing and making people calm. So there is no doubt that how calm in nature readers are. Think if whole world start reading daily then this world will become so peaceful place.

Better memory:

Study showed that people who read have complex brains and this helps in thinking at higher level. Readers easily remember dates and important incidents. According to a study made by the Archives of Neurology in Berkeley, reading regularly from a very young age can cure Alzheimer’s disease!

Get better sleep at night:

If one starts reading regularly before going to bed there are more chances to get good sleep and to get-up with fresh and cheerful mood in the next morning.

As many as six new nursing colleges to be functional in Haryana soon

Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal shared that the construction work of six nursing colleges in the state will be completed soon and classes will commence in the month of July. Not only this, the new building of the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Panchkula has also completed its construction work.

Adding on to this, he shared that, till now, the classes are being held in another building, the chief secretary said while presiding over the review meeting of development projects worth more than Rs 100 crore here.

CHIEF SECRETARY REVIEWED MAJOR PROJECTS

The Chief Secretary reviewed several major projects, including power, health, medical, and technical education in the state, and directed the concerned officials to complete them within the stipulated time period.

COLLEGES UNDER CONSTRUCTION

He said that the construction of nursing colleges in Dherdu village of Kaithal, Khedi Ram Nagar village of Kurukshetra, Kheranwali village of Panchkula, Aura and Dayalpur village of Faridabad, and Sadatpur village of Rewari is under construction.

The construction work of Medical college in Koriawas in Narnaul, Medical College at Jind, Bhiwani, and Dental College at Nalhar is being completed at a fast pace. The work of the second phase of Kalpana Chawla Medical College is also undergoing.
