Taiwan: It is really very difficult to believe that the women shown in pic below is just not in her 20s, infact she is 41 year old Lure Hsu, a Taiwanese designer who has staggered the internet with her charisma. Why? Because she is 41-years-old but looks nothing like her age!

First, we were introduced to the gorgeous 50-year-old mom who everybody thought was her son’s girlfriend. Then we were introduced to a 70-year-old grandmom who is so fit, no one could believe she was that old.

 

 

This 41 year old interior designer, who is waiting to celebrate her 42nd birthday soon, reveals that the secrets behind her beauty are drinking lots of water and eating vegetables. She shies away from drinking Coke and takes only one cup of black joe every morning.

 

 

Free of wrinkles and any aging spots, people can’t believe Lure is 41 and often mistake her for a teenage girl. People are literally flocking to her social media handles. Lure is now richer on Instagram with 230,000 follows and on Facebook with over 341,000 likes.

 

 

Ask her more about her youthful looks and she reveals that she swears by moisturizers to keep her skin hydrated and keep the wrinkles at bay. Sunscreen is a must and so are nutritional supplements.

And these drinks that she has suggested, can help with just that, allowing you to digest your food well without the burn.

1. Cucumber juice

Cucumber is a favourite salad ingredient in summer because of its cooling properties. Consuming cucumber juice can be really beneficial for relievingacid reflux because it is highly nutritious as it provides your body with both fibre and water which is needed for better digestion and has a low calorie volume. What’s more? It can also keep you full and help you avoid reaching out to junk foods!

2. Lemon water

Lemon can do you a world of good! Being rich in vitamin C and B and minerals such as phosphorus, calcium, and magnesium—drinking lemon water regularly will not only help you burn fat but will resolve your digestive issues such as acidity. Ginger aka adrak, is a very well known ingredient that has been used for ages to help relieve acidity and gas.
