Virat Kohli has a twin at pizza outlet in Karachi, takes internet by storm
It is very surprising or shocking to see some bodies’ lookalike, but if any celebrities twin could be found then it would become news. Here is a man bearing a strong resemblance to Indian cricket captain Virat Kohli was recently seen working at a pizza joint in Karachi, Pakistan.
A video recently surfaced on Facebook that showed a Virat Kohli doppelganger working at a pizza place.
Naturally, this sent the internet into overdrive. Virat Kohli might be the captain of the Indian cricket team, but he has a massive fan following in Pakistan.
It isn’t uncommon to see any upcoming Pakistani batsmen – see Babar Azam – be compared to Kohli, such is the admiration fans across the border have for him.
And whilst Pakistan don’t quite have a batsmen of Kohli’s ability in their ranks right now, they do possess someone that looks a lot like him.

As expected, the post went viral. It has nearly 2,50,000 views, over 8000 likes and has been shared more than 2000 times by people.
Virat Kohli, who reclaimed the top spot in the latest ICC ODI Rankings, will be leading his side when they take on Bangladesh in the second semi-final at Edgbaston on Thursday.
The left-handed batsman from Haryana is garnering praise from all quarters for the way he’s finishing games regularly in the most exciting IPL season.
Gavaskar reckons Tewatia’s whirlwind knock in Sharjah (in IPL 2020) where he smashed West Indies pacer Sheldon Cottrell for five sixes in an over, gave him the confidence that he belongs to the big stage.
Speaking on Cricket Live on Star Sports, Gavaskar said, “That assault on Sheldon Cottrell in Sharjah gave him the belief to do the impossible and the confidence that he belongs here. We saw the impossible (he did with the bat) the other day as well. There’s no twitching or touching the pads (which shows a batter’s nervousness) when he bats in the death overs. He just waits for the ball to be delivered and plays his shots. He’s got all the shots in the book, but most importantly his temperament to stay cool in a crisis is brilliant.”
Gavaskar has also nicknamed the 28-year-old cricketer the ‘ice-man’ and lauded Tewatia’s ability to remain unruffled during the tense moments.
