Aarushi killing case: Trial date to be fixed by Court today

New Delhi: Accused in the murder of teen-aged daughter Aarushi Talwar, Nupur Talwar, will appear before the court of a special judicial magistrate, on Thursday, where a date for beginning of the trial will be pronounced, as per the reports. Nupur Talwar, who is accused in the murder of teen-aged daughter Aarushi Talwar, who has already spent three nights in Dasna jail, as the Ghaziabad sessionsâ€™s court rejected the bail plea of Nupur Talwar, on Wednesday, as per the reports. As per the sources, yesterday, the court rejected the bail plea as felt she may create obstacle in trial and flee from justice.According to the reports, on Tuesday, the Ghaziabad sessions court reserved Nupur's bail plea till Wednesday, but later on rejected the plea.Dentist Nupur Talwar is currently lodged in Dasna District jail in Ghaziabad.According to the reports, accused in the murder of the teen-aged daughter-Aarushi murder case, Nupur Talwar, had spent three nights in the Dasna District jail.The Aarushi's murder mystery has been in action for almost three years now.14-year-old Aarushi, the only daughter of Talwarâ€™s was found dead in her apartment in Noida on May 16, 2008. Hemraj(body of domestic help) was initially thought to be the prime suspect was also found dead on the terrace the very next day, as per the reports.
