Aarushi killing case: Breather for Nupur Talwar, SC stays arrest for now

New Delhi: Accused in the murder of the teen-aged daughter- Aarushi murder case, Nupur Talwar, who was absconding for two days, finally arrived at the SC today, as per the reports.Facing a non-bailable arrest warrant issued by the Ghaziabad CBI Court, she rushed to the SC seeking anticipatory bail. However, on Thursday the SC refused to hear and said it will hear today, as per the reports.As per the reports, on Friday, the SC asked the Central Bureau of Investigation not to arrest Nupur Talwar and with this she gets a bit relief.Aarushi's mother Nupur Talwar an accused in the murder of her teenaged daughter Aarushi Talwar, who was absconding, after the non-bailable arrest warrant issued by the Ghaziabad CBI Court, earlier, the Central Bureau of Investigation carried out searches for her at her residence and premises in Noida and Delhi.The Aarushi's murder mystery has been in action for almost three years now.14-year-old Aarushi, the only daughter of Talwarâ€™s was found dead in her apartment in Noida on May 16, 2008. Hemraj(body of domestic help) was initially thought to be the prime suspect was also found dead on the terrace the very next day, as per the reports.
